Capitec most unhelpful bank

A very unhelpful bank to deal with , lodged a complain on the 08/01/2021 and to date no response or correspondences from Capitec on the progress on my matter . looks as if Capitec bank is all for the ********** not their clients . Very very disappointing please people be very careful with dealing with capitec bank better pay a little more on service fees but deal with a more reputable bank .
