Capitec more like capi*****

*****ulent transactions went off my account on the 26th of May 2023, i immediately stopped my card and called the ***** department. To date no one has contacted me with regards to this. I have gone into the bank , made numerous calls and whatsapp enquiries with regards to the ***** case and nothing. All i get is , sorry for the inconvenience someone from the ***** department will contact you either via sms or email. still nothing! this is the worst service ever
