CAPITEC MONEY ******

On Sunday the 22August 2 guys approached me at a Standard bank ATM trying to withdraw a few Rands - these guys grabbed my card from me after I shouted to please leave me alone and get out they started typing things on the ATM - At this stage the machine took my card and I never received it back so I went home to GET A LIFT TO Capitec and on my way to capitec money started going off my account. At Capitec they ensured me my money was still in Capitec account and they had stopped my account and that they will investigate today I received a call today only for them so say they won't pay my money back this is R11700-00 these *******s took from me I am going to take this further Capitec I will not recommend CAPITEC at all I took all my money out of this account and will close my account this is utter bull and I am very disappointed with this service please help me take this bank down THEY ARE NOT THERE TO ASSIST AND INVESTIGATE JUST ASSUME YOU STOLE YOUR OWN MONEY! I AM DONE CAPITEC YOU ARE THE WORST SH###IEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THANK YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERY PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
