Capitec money paid into a ABSA ***** account

I reported a ***** case to Capitec Bank the 4th of June. With my Affidavit, case number and all.. They told me that it is now in the Police's hands, and they can't tell me anything. It is now the 29th of June, and i haven't heard one word from Capitec! I don't mind to wait, i know this takes a while, but i don't even know if they had a look at this case!?
