Capitec money hungry *******!!!!

I get my credit statement every month on the 1st.I always make sure that I pay my credit in full so that I don't have to pay interest and that my credit report shows my credit card is up to date.This month I received my credit card statement on the 3rd.now cause of this I have to pay interest and this will now effect my credit record!!! Now I know February is a short month and this month was 29 days even so I should received my statement on the 2nd if that is the case.I think capitec that just wants to make money and not follow the rules they make by pushing back my statement date so I can pay interest and now I must suffer.I called the call center to enquire about this and I ended up being transferred from department to department wasting all my airtime.I asked them if they can call me back if line drops and they refused.Now this is capitec service for you ,I have been with capitec for many years and its sad to say ,I'm very disappointed. If this doesn't get sorted out ,I will take them to the credit ombudsman
