Capitec money got ****med out of Account Account but no thorough explanation,only very sorry

My money got ****med while saving it Capitec Account their ***** division told me,my money went to Absa bank and was withdrawn again ,but they did not tell by whom or wether he is going to refund it ,they only told me about their are sorry that is not the result ,I desired,that they can't help Me
