CAPITEC: Misuse of funds, and feel they don't need to pay it back

Trust this bank to misuse your funds, provide you with a lack of service and then you as a client have to undertake obligations which to these people are nothing! You can tell them about legislation but they do absolutely nothing. Why did I ever decide to use this bank. Many FLAWS!!! I told Jamie at Capital the issue with my phone and yet they keep trying to phone me after I have explained I can't get calls in. I work via emails and that was disregarded like many other things!!!
