Capitec missing transactions

I have been calling Capitec bank from the 7/01/25 for the missing transaction on the 6 of Jan at about 00:56 made transactions of 6000 from my main Capitec saving account to my Standard Bank all other transactions I have made after have reflected even the transaction I made on the 7 appear already but have not received the 6000 when I call thy can see on the system but they telling me they will escalate md investigate till when I need my money ***
