Capitec mislead

Good day I would like to complaint about Capitec the branch at Kwamashu as they misleaded me.On the 7th of January I went to set stop orders and the teller said it's was done I signed papers, month came no stop order was taken when I phoned the call centre they said no stop order was set.I am taking legal actions.
