Capitec misery to my kids

Some1 deposited money into my account, amount of R1500,my used without knowing it's not ours,I only called my when I see notification from the bank that it's some1 else money,the sender called to demand her money,I told her I will resend back her money in two days time,I think she panicked and reported me to Capitec,the sad part of it is that she **** to Capitec saying I am selling beauty products,She payed me but I don't want give her products, that's the story I hear when I get to Capitec,to ensure about my account being closed without any warning,call or sms,my wife account also was closed without being warned. We tried by all means,begging and soebating Capitec to investigate us while our accounts are open so we can be able to live our everyday life,but all in vain. Our children are sitting without food,no school transport,no carry to school,we are receiving smses of declined debit orders,our cars, accounts,and other everyday necessities have stopped,they couldn't even give us time duration how long will all this take..🤔😔🤣🥺,we are so stressed and traumatized by the whole situation,and even we so much loved Capitec,we can't stay,with no choice except exiting the bank and leave them with their accounts. I am jst wondering after they realize one of their client **** about my name to them,what steps are they gonna take with her.🤔
