Capitec might be working with **********

Guys, I think I am victim of ***** ...I called capitec today ,but I get a voice machine response and not the actual customer service I have tried using different phone,but I get a machine answering " I didn't get that ,please say it again" . its a machine and this is my money ...capitec please respond to Your customers . unless You are in it too....anybody please help capitec is a giant *****
