Capitec MIE disaster

I app**** for a personal loan with capitec bank. I received an offer for a personal loan. I advised the consultant that I have other income as I wanted to get a higher offer. I was then put through to MIE division. I submitted company invoices, company payslips, lease agreement, my personal and business bank statements to substantiate over R375 000 in earnings over 6 months from my business and full-time employment. I did not get any feedback from Bathandwa Ngcongca-Mpotulo after submitting. I called in to follow up on the application and was advised it had been declined based on affordability. How did I go from receiving an offer based on my employment income to declined with the same income? At the very least I should have been offered the original amount because I did not apply for a specific amount. So what was the affordability outcome based on? I demand to be contacted and given adequate reasons of the decline as per NCR.
