Capitec messing me around

I had two loans from Capitec and had less than a year left on the loans then i got retrenched in September 2023 I went to the bank and told then the situation and they said the insurance will cover the remaining cost. I then thought okay one less thing to worry about. Then covered the payment from January 2024 until June 2024 which was 6 months, I also previously got an SMS stating 12 months of the loan will be covered after the 6 months I started getting SMS that i need to make payment for the loan. I contact Capitec they could see that I was supposed to be covered for 12 months and not 6 months they said they would escalate this internally to get it fixed because I was not handed over to debt collectors. I contacted Capitec so many times since even went into the branch which they had to phone head office and said they would call me but never did. I’m currently still unemployed and this is really stressing me out now and needs to be fixed asap.
