Capitec Mess
For the past 3 years or so Capitec has been debiting my account early every month after telling them so many times that I only get paid on the last day of the month, and yeat each month they debit my account early and this gets returned on my account with a R105 charge, they take three different debits each month so each month these are returned and I am charge R315 in total. last month I had another call with capitec and explained AGAIN that I only get paid on the last day of the month and again they have debit me early and I have been charged on my account the R315. These returned debits is also messing up be credit score with the bank due to all the RDs. I will now be putting a stop payment on my account for all Capitec debits and I will pay them manually, I will also be logging my complaint with the ombudsman for a refund for all the returned debits that has happened over the last 3 years

25 Jun 2024, 09:45So Capitec are at it again, as you will note in the previous review, capitec was debiting my account before the last working day of the month and the debits were been returned and I was been charged R105 per return. This was rectified until now, They have debited my account not 1 or 2 days before the last working day but 5 days, yes 5 days before the last workingt day. I would like this fixed please and a refund of the charges of R210.
