CAPITEC ****MERS 😡😡😡

On the 30th of November 2023 i got a notification that R1000 was taken out of my account at Capitec bank Maponya Mall Soweto that I created on the side and when I called Capitec they said they cannot refund me because it was a withdrawal. I was at work on this day, how does anyone get into my account and withdraw money as simple as that and I am told that I can't be refunded? Is that how you people work?? I want my money. I am going to make you guys trend on Tik Tok and I will also tag the EFF if I don't get my money. I work hard for my money and I trusted you guys to with it and now I have to let go of it just like that?? Please don't f**k with me.
