****mers again. After changing everything these people are able to access our accounts again.
I’m thinking this bank should be closed this time it’s for the second time. No phone call, I still have my card with me . Just a text from Capitec bank telling me my account has been compromised, I regret everyday for taking out a loan from this bank I wish to get my money back and this bank should be shut down permanently. How does one get through the bank system so easily.

13 Nov 2024, 09:30No one has called me just as yet. I don’t think il be getting any loans from this bank I learnt a very good lesson. I lost R30 000 now a small amount was accessed. I’m not going to open any further accounts or invest because of this type of negligence. Not even sure if I could trust the employees as well.
