Capitec ****med - ***** - money withdrew without my knowledge

My Cpaitec account was hacked by ****mers. They withdrew R609 from my account on 3 July 2025 08.12. The description says: S2s*paultuckshopkible Johannesburg. Under category it states: Food:groceries. Firstly: At that time I was still in Parys (both in the AM and PM), Free State. Secondly: Why would I (anyone) buy groceries at a tuckshop. I went to the bank (Parys) to lodge a claim for *****. Today I got a call (from Capitec) where I was informed that because my pin was (allegedly) used at this place they CAN'T proceed with ***** nor get my money back. Nor can they give me the name and address of this shop. I told the capitec employee that my card was probably skimmed (or a cctv camera could of recorded me) but they refuse to help me further. I will be closing my account tomorrow. Any advice?
