Capitec ****** me of my entire months salary as a single South African Women

I have been a loyal customer of Capitec for several years. On the 31 July 2024 my salary was paid into my capitec account. I went to draw some money and instead your machine swallowed my card and my money. Going into the bank I was confronted with disinterest and ZERO help whatsoever! It is now the 23 August 2024 and all capitec gave me was a new card and just said to me that my account was ******. So since it went into their machine it simply means they stole my money and even have the guts to admit it and take no responsibility. I am a single South African women with kids and losing an entire months salary is not optional! This bank disgusts me and I expect to be refunded in full. My son in law recommended I go to this site and he will not rest on social media until I get refunded. We will get the Press / Media involved and bring it to public attention that capitec is nothing more than a scheming, ******** group and that they are not to be trusted at all!

This must be refunded to me by the bank. I trusted them with my money and they must pay up. This is not negotiable!
