Capitec Materpass and eTshwane payment issues!

I have an issue with eTshwane municipal bills not being accepted by the Capitec Bank Masterpass app. It has always worked in the past without any issues and works for any other transactions except paying municipal bills. Your consultant Kayla, though eager and helpful, could not give me any kind of direction as to how to solve the problem after being on the phone for approx 25mins. I still have no idea if Capitec Materpass purposefully do not want their clients to pay eTshwane Municipalty through the Masterpass app since Capitec bank make zero fees from the transactions.

Hi thanks for your response indicating that an official willl be in contact with me.

I want to indicate that i have uninstalled and re-installed the Masterpass app and used another cellphone and used another account to pay from with still NO SUCCESS!
It does NOT work when trying to pay eTshwane Municipality though other payments do work.

I retried the City of Tshwane payments using the Capitec Masterpass app and all the issues i have previously been having seem to be sorted out!!
