Capitec: Marriage Certificate and old ID. Won't provide proof of this rule or policy.

All institutions accept OLD ID with MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. Here come Capitec and say ***** all your legal documentation, we will not help you. They even refuse to send me the legal documentation that refers to this ridiculous "policy". SARS accepts OLD ID and MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE and Capitec decide that they're superior. SARS can't update my banking details because of your idiot policies. Yeah whoopppie someone's going to see if they can send me documents relating to this rule. Really? I would think that I am entitled to ask for proof of a rule when you rule is so stupid and nonsensical I want to see with my own two eyes that it exists. Can you sort out the imbecile that thought of this rule?
