Capitec manager don't help customers

I went into the branch (capitec Ferndale Randburg) to cancel my showmax account TIA tried to help me saying i need to cancel it on the showmax app i told her i cant cause i subscribed on the Capitec app which is a 3rd party you will need to cancel through the 3rd party (If you subscribed through a local provider: You would need to cancel your subscription directly with them.) Tia called the call centre they could not help i told her let me speak to the manager o that lady (MATHILDAH) just took a call i was waiting for her to get off the call for almost 5 minutes i then left got no help i need this cancelled at the time i took showmax from capitec cause it was r49 at the time.
