Capitec making a big market mark

After years of refusing to be a Capitec customer I have been using the blue and red bank for 2 years now and am very happy with its easy consumption and the customer base they have built. The only critic I have about it which is the reason I did not give 5 star is because I have never been able to use the card that was supp**** and I tried all the tricks with no success therefore it has been catching dust at home I am only able to use the digital app. When I called, I was told to go to the bank, I mean who does that in this day and age? That card is humiliating me when making payments at the stores because it says there is no money while I have funds hence, I left it home. Despite the card and having to go to the branch I am happy with the fees and digital.
