CAPITEC MAKES ERROR AND MY CREDIT REPORT GETS AFFECTED.

I have an access facility with Capitec and every month they deduct what is owed to them by the last day of each month but last month(October) this was not the case. I had to make a transfer on the 2nd November to the account after I noticed that my account was not debited and to my freaken surprise I check my credit report on the 11th, and I seem to have MISSED a payment according to Capitec!!!!! I enquired with them, and I was sent from one department to the next and eventually a lady named Neo tried to handle my case by escalating it to another department which to this day has not resolved my issue as to why do I have a missed payment on my credit report for an ERROR that was done by Capitec. I made the transfer before the 5th of the next month because usually institutions give you until the 5th to make payments before they send a report to credit bureaus, and I HAD TO MAKE THE TRANSFER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. I am beyond ****ed off because this has messed up my credit report, I wanted to purchase a house in February next year but now I have a missed payment on my report that could block that dream from happening, all because CAPITEC has *********** people. I'm at a point where I want to take out a loan settle my access facility with Capitec, move my debit orders and salary to another bank because this is not a simple mistake. A credit report is everything especially because I am in finance and credit checks are done when changing jobs!!!! I AM BEYOND ****ED OFF AND THINKING OF GOING THE LEGAL ROUTE ESPECIALLY IF IT AFFECTS MY DREAM OF BUYING A HOUSE!!!
