Capitec Make Money And Get Blocked

It's frustrating that the bank blocks our accounts without even notifying us through a phone call or email. When we try to inquire about the reason for the block, we're bounced around from person to person. It's a truly exhausting experience that makes us feel unwanted by the bank. It seems like they're quick to block our account once we start earning some money. What are we supposed to do in such a situation?
