Capitec lost our salaries

I work abroad and have had my salary paid into Capitec. last month our salaries were paid on the 26th, however 8 employees funds still do not reflect. Capitec forex has advised there are no transfers pending and we should check with the sender. We requested the MT103 from the sender and provided this to Capitec. This confirms the funds reached Capitec but are mysteriously missing. We all received a bonus payment just 3 days later which also does not reflect yet. We cannot even get through to forex call centre Capitec needs to action this immediately as our families are placed in a precarious situation while we are far from home. We have all sent multiple emails which go unanswered. This is unacceptable. exactly a year ago the same thing happened to multiple Capitec clients. I think its time for the newspapers.
