Capitec looking out only for themselves
Capitec is only looking after their interest and not ours they have insurance when problems arises but when problems come our way they run away from solving the problem or meeting us half way. Around the first week of November someone hacked my app and app**** for loans when I tried logging on to my app it ask me for biometrics twice after opening i notice transfers had been made without my knowledge and I informed Capitec and opened a case they running away from the issue saying everything points to me obviously they used my particulars and a biometrics photo that captured me without knowing what it was for and than end of November money was taken again from my account without my knowledge Capitec refuse to compensate me or meet me half way and I have been with them since I started working i believe Capitec is looking only at their best interest not ours. Be careful of this bank u will cry.

29 Dec 2025, 14:59I am still waiting for feedback from capitec as they made contact because I still feel that they not even willing to meet me half way because I lost money twice but they seem like they want to blame me I am the one who lost money and they have insurance and we dont hence they want to blame it on my I was completely honest from day one and I feel they are being hard on me I am in debt because of this loss I wish capitec would show consideration even if they met me half way I would appreciate but they seem to run away

29 Dec 2025, 19:03I Knew that you wouldn't be able to resolve my matter because u only looking out for your best interest keep your useles apology to yourself hence u shifting blame because u dont Want to take accountability u want to let me drown in debt for loans that I did not make. Hence I changed were my salary goes in because I can not suffer in the hands of capitec and wait for trouble for the 3rd time. Guys be careful capitec will leave you high and dry in dark times they will save money by shifting blame to you. I would not recommend this bank to anyone i regret joining them

20 Feb 2026, 00:21Advice i feel like sharing with u use capitec as a bank to receive pocket money cause if you leave large amount of money u preparing urself for danger and u will be alone when danger comes. They are selfish and self centered

I am an person who always tried that I never struggle financially but capitec left me out to dry and pay for money I didn't even eat. If u can guys use capitec for basic things remove ur salaries from this bank they will leave u out to dry. I have a funeral cover with them now stories out there indicated that they are failing to pay this bank is here to **** us i hate it cause I am in debt cause of them and they refused to meet me half way.
