CAPITEC LOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!!!
So capitec has put a hold on my account coz apparently i tried to apply for a loan with ********** bank statement. I still have the email and all the documents i sent and they're legit, i went to the branch at Bedfordview and Maria the consultant told me to call customer care, which i did but customer care couldn't provide any further information as per Kagiso the call agent. I need to sit down with someone and they must show me what was ********** about my statements, i need clarification. I'm shocked at this, i cannot believe it!!! So please capitec organize someone to have a meeting about this asap!
