Capitec Loans : Incorrect Credit report with Missed payments

There seems to be an issue with capitec and their loan department , purposely not wanting to clear the issue with credit reports showing that they are owed money while account is un to date with no months of payments missed.

I initially contacted them when I first got a report in the month of August and they claim to be lookoing into it. Fast foward in October another report shows I missed a payment while statement shows R 0.00 on current , 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. I contacted them again to no help from them, sent a dispute to Experian with the statement and details. They said they will wait for Capitec to update the account and the ticket was closed.

Fast forward December 2025, same thing happened, I have a report stating I have missed 3 payments with them while no month is owing.

If this is their way of messing up people credit score intentionally then I would need to explore options to clear this as already I have lost 10+ points in 6 months because of them.

I can see I am not the only one with this issue, if others got help please share your comments before I look for legal help.
