Capitec loans department

I app**** for a loan Capitec called me and said I do qualify but must send some documentation. I did all that. 4 days afterwards I called back just to hear I have to reapply.

I did the whole proses over, even have to pay a R450 more on a previous settlement quote, which could have been avoided. Again everything done, and no reply for Capitec. I called to find out how far they are and got a reply that the agent will call me back. Up to now nothing.

I am very upset, as to think, this is totally not costumer service.
