Capitec loans

My experience with capitec . October message...... ..Mr khumalo,thank you for the payment of loan acc ending 5156.balance left 36.459.98 term left 25 months...then on November it comes ....,.......Mr khumalo, thank you for the payment of loan acc ending 5156.balance left 35.392.54 term left 24 months ........ I was paying 1500 a month and increased to 2100 more than a year now but still these are the messages. The consultants at branches have been calling the call centre who always can not explain.
