Capitec Loans

I'm really not happy how Capitec Loans handled my application. I've been banking with them for the last 8+ years. I app**** for a small loan, struggled and kept on phoning and asking. Eventually they told me they need a letter from my company. I told them I won't be able to get it and I decided to stop and app**** with Tyme Bank and got approved and payout in 2days. How come that a bank that doesn't even know me helps but the bank you use everyday, they have all my details and statements doesn't even bother to help. Other than this I'm really happy with Capitec and would refer anyone to them but loan wise not so much.
