Capitec loans

I would like to report capitec of their system and miss management. I took a loan from them and the telephone agreement that was recorded was for a deduction on the 25th of each month. At this stage they take the money when they please as soon as their funds in my account they take it. Due to the work I do I have regularly money that is paid into my account for work purposes so when they take their money I am without that cash flow making my life difficult.

I have given up to send complains to them, stop going to the branch to complain so basically they just do what they want and do not care. Be aware of this when you take a loan.
