Capitec Loans

Hi Good day. I am currently in full permanent employment again, therefore I would like to start making payments monthly which I have been paying but small amounts "faith payments to my commitment to pay", however when loading this onto my bank I was not able to do so. Kindly let me know why I was not able to load my loan account *** onto my beneficiaries to start transferring payments through to the accounts. Kindly assist me in this matter ASAP.
