Capitec loan ****s

I took a personal loan of 250k long time ago, I was left with a balance of R45024. 04. I decided to pay off the account about using bank transfer, I have transfered same amount the personal loan account, as soon I I have paid the money, another money which was R301. 48 was added to my account soon after. I did not believe what was happening, 70 months loan and in recent years was added with 2 months more without my consent, I have never missed a single payment. Capitec loan is a ****, you have to think twice before taking any loan with them. I know that they will come up with excuses and poor justification as in why they added another amount after I have paid off the account. They better fix it or else they will loose my customers
