Capitec loan reschedule

I Bongani Xaba I am one of capitec clients on the year 2018/02/05 I took a personal loan with capitec of an amount of R131,000 for 36 months of wich I was paying R5,700 a month as an installment but after six months I decided to reschedule my loan with them and we had an agreement that I will pay R3,899 a month of the will extend my months to 54 months as an reschedule agreement contract I only found that on cellphone app of capitec it says I having 74months loan contract I than decided to go the nearest branch in alberton mall I met with consultant Gugu to lay a complain she help me and she contact the head office and they promise me the will provide me with recordings because on there system the contract of rescheduling doesn't appear at all only the 36 months contract the consultant contacted me as she promised she told me that the are no recordings at there archives I asked them to send me agreement contract of reschedule to be email be to me on my email but the fail to do so I do believe the don't have a reschedule contract that is valid and I would like if you can help me with this complain
