Capitec loan repayment extended for no reason.

I took out a R250 000 loan in November 2019. It was a 5years (60) months repayment contract. Started my repayment in December 2019 for 60 months. Suppose to end in November 2024. Low and behold. What was supposed to be my last instalment in November 2024, i was surprised to see i owe Capitec still 3 instalments. After went to the branch and spoke to 4 different fincancial division consultanfs on the fone, No one could gave me a direct reason for the extra 3 months instalments.

My question is how is that possible. Instalment is more than R6000 per month.

December 2024 they deducted the instalment and it shows 2 instalments left.

So what was suppose to be 60months end up with 63 months alltogether. Totally unexceptable Capitec.

Am I going to be reinbursed with this extra 3 months or what. Cause it clearly shows that someone is messing with me.

No one could give a clear reason for why there is an extra 3 months installmenfs left, when the original contract states 60 months only.
