Capitec loan insurance ****

Is capitec not tired of ******** us of our cents? So I sent an email before hand after realizing I won't have an income during my maternity leave. To ask about the insurance that I have been paying for all the months with my loan installment of it can't help. Jot even once have I missed a payment on this loan, but today when I'm left with only 2 months the insurance that has been adding on my installment can't help. And what I get is some unprofessional call from some agent telling me to confirm my ID number without explaining for what? Capitec stop ******** us. Now capitec took the last cents I had in my account to survive, which is not even equal to the installment. But because capitec is selfish, all they wanted was to take anything they can find. In the first place why did you not reply to my email?
