Capitec Loan insurance is ****
I was retrenched and approved for insurance claim on my loan but capitec still deduct on my account and I went to the branch and they can't stop the debit order. Every time when money comes in my account the deduct it.i have to always go to brach for a refund which I have to wait for it. Last week same thing happened and I went to a branch in Vosloorus and I am still waiting for the refund. This deductions happened more than 8 times capitec insurance for loans is a **** u can just imagine when u are not working and unnecessary deductions go off in your account DON'T TAKE A LOAN AT CAPITEC

11 Mar 2025, 09:48I am so furious with capitec bank, all they do they lie to the public they just reply on hello Peter just to show off and never follow up on their reply, they never contact me in the next 24 hours and still no refund I think I should take this matter to the ombudsman Capitec bank does not care about their clients and I am thinking of opening another account else where

11 Mar 2025, 12:16I was phoned by Scott from Capitec and he could not answer me as to why the is still an active debit order and He promised to send me an email that I must send to insurance company and guess what? I am still waiting for him to send me the email maybe they got loadshedding I have never met such Incompetence I am defeated really Capitec is a circus
