Capitec Loan insurance a ****

Hello Peter have been a Capitec client since 2014 . I then decided to take a loan in 2016 with insurance covered that I paid from the day I received my loan from the bank with no missed payments until 2019 when I was suspended at work and haven't been receiving my salary , what capitec did is accrued my interest rates , increased all the loan amounts , and blacklisted me and also even handed me over . According to my rights I have been paying my insurance which was supposed to settle part of my loan the initial agreement was 50 % and they never did that even till to date please help
