capitec loan insurance

Please do not take a loan with capitec bank, their insurance is an absolute useless especially in such time of pandemic. I had salary cut during this pandemic and I app**** for their insurance which never got back to me till this day. i sent them a mail and they keep requesting same documents I have shared and say they don't have them in their system. on the other site capitec keeps debiting from the little salary that you have received. taking their loan is my biggest regret and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. today I am still paying the stupid insurance which doesn't assist in time of need and I have also send them a mail to cancel the insurance but this has not been done!
