Capitec loan handed over

My Capitec loan account has been handed over. I contacted the lawyers and made an arrangement and asked if they could ensure my account is being updated at the credit bureau with the monthly amounts.

They said I should contact Capitec to ensure that will be done. Capitec said my account is sold to the lawyers so I should contact them.

Could I get a straight response please. Who is responsible to ensure the monthly amount’s reflect and the update is sent through to the credit bureau?
