Capitec Loan Account in Arrears when it is not!!!!

I am beyond ticked off at this moment. How the hell do you call me and tell me my account is in arrears when in fact I have made extra payment??????????????????????

I suggest you wake up. My debit order goes off every month, like it did last night. YOU ARE BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!
