Capitec loan

I was retrench December 2018 were i made arrangements in January 2019 to pay the loan with the Uif i was going to receive every month witch they accept. 2020 still unemployed made numerous arrangements about the loan they refuse to help me phoneing send messages to pay or i will be handed over i can't pay cause i am still unemployment but the intrest is still acoumalating What must i do i cant pay until i get a job.
