CAPITEC LOAN ***

Please assist me Iam confused with Capitec loan account the balance is not decreasing but increasing. I signed the contract saying monthly repayment including interest is R146.23, but every month I see another interest deduction separate from the instalment and RET/UNEM CI,DISAB CI, Death CI example the balance was 9838.84 last month now is R10200.06, I'm confused as to how it happened because I signed for a monthly instalment that includes interest and services fee at once. and the instalment increases instead of decreasing.
