Capitec loan

Loan issues I took from Capitec for certain amount of months.

During lock down. They sent me an email indicating that the bank wanted to extend the months of my loan to be extended. I objected it immediately. They changed anyway. I made a lot of phone calls and a lot emails. No one wants to take the responsibility. Including their head office.

Everyone I spoke to sounded like a programed computer designed specifically to serve certain purpose. The only solution I was offered was rescheduling my loan for their misdeeds.

Capitec is excellent on day to day banking but pathetic on loans.

They know what I am talking about as they have all the emails and recorded phone calls.
