Capitec loan
I had a loan with capitec bank and the account has been handed over to lawyers, they have put a flag on my name. I have been trying to pay the lawyers, for all most 3 years, but my debts reviews can be cleared. Capitec they don't know about the lawyers and they can't help me. What can I do to clear my name, i need to pay off my loan so that my name can be cleared. Please help me.
