Capitec Loads R30 for a R300 UNIPIN VOUCHER?

I bought R300 Unipin electricity on my banking app on SUnday 4 Nov. The token came and I was given 10 UNits? I didnt understand this.? I called Ideal Prepaid monday morning ( today) they confirmed R30 was loaded on the token not R300?? R270 is now lost? Capitec is blaming UNIPIN and UNIPIN is blaming Capitec? Nobody is helping me as the customer? I went to capitec this morning, THEY TOOK R300 off my account unipin DENIES R300 was loaded and they only received R30 from capitec SO the problem then lies with CAPITEC? I want my R270 refunded since only R30 was given to UINIPIN and I only received 10 Units power that I paid R300 for??? MR I M ERASMUS ********** 783 Capitec Bouganville Branch.. Pretoria West.
