Capitec loads insurance

Capitec loan insurance, is the worst you can get. I was told that my premiums include a loan insurance for just in-case I get retrenched. Now that I'm retrenched, I'm trying to claim they taking me from pillar to post, when I finally manage to submit the required documentation, the next thing someone calls me to tell me that they are not allowed to charge me insurance premium because I'm unemployed and I should take note that the turnaround time for claims to be processed is 90 days. And during those 90days I'm expected to pay premiums monthly until my claims are processed on my loan and credit card. Then the lady even has the nerv' to tell me I should claim for UIF so that I can continue paying the load and credit card.
