capitec life cover

This is my second complain with captec life cover for my late wife, Since the first complain I have been promised that they will resolve my issue, They were waiting for medical records, after 30 days of waiting i had to call for follow up every one sounds like caring but that is a big lie, This morning I had wattsap chat with Palesa R She asked if I submitted medical report which was never requested from me, Last i checked the investigating officer from capitec was the one who must get the report from the doctor.My advice to him was to also contact medical aid to get report from them so that he can have enough evidence to close his case. capitec life cover has proved to be a good-looking **** with people full of false promises all departments included.The only guy who is like giving hope is Mzwakhe from complains department unfortunately I cannot wait any longer.
