Capitec Life cover cancelation and debit order dispute

I am very frustrated with Capitec Bank as they continue to debit my account with an amount of R970.82, Ihave cancelled these policy after the first debit order went treough in July, They have been sending me from pillar to post with the dispute, i asked them to cancel the policy anyway. to my suprise today the 1st of October they debit my account again.

I have been to the branch trying to cancel the policy in question. I called customer service, and I tried stopping the same policy on the app with no success. They keep on debiting my account deliberately. Money does not fall from trees. And they have the excuse that policy coverage cannot be refunded, while they continue to rob me after attempting to cancel the policy.
